Jansson Group manage their entire business in Dynamics NAV.
As part of their simplification philosophy, Jansson does not implement a lot of unconnected systems, or engage with a myriad of IT vendors.

Also in the actual business Jansson Group is living by the principle of simplicity, and have consolidated their purchase with a select few suppliers. A trend we see with several of our clients, as my colleague Thomas Hougaard wrote about in the article "Where is invoice processing heading these days".
Having most of the goods delivered by a single distributor has not only increased the buying power with the distributor, but also allowed Jansson to create an extremely efficient process.
They order the goods in the supplier's online portal, and as long as they get all the references right on the order, they don't have to touch the order again before it's ready to be paid in the bank.
The XML invoice is transferred automatically to Next Invoices at Jansson, and Next automatically stores it in the archive and book it in NAV — accounts, projects, VAT and all.
Mistakes do happen. Sometimes someone forgets a reference - or type in a wrong one. But Next Invoices catches that, and ask you to provide a correct reference before the invoice is booked in NAV.
