JFG insurance in Norway chooses MultiArchive

JFG is a large Norwegian insurance company, and like any other insurance company, handling large volumes of documents efficiently is a vital part of the business.

Issuing several thousand insurance policies each year, with each policy being up to 20 pages long, has proven to be quite a task. Until recently JFG handled this process manually. Each set of documents was filed in binders and put on long endless shelves. The result of this has been not only a lot of manual archiving work, but also time consuming searches, when Customer Service or the Insurance Agents needed the documents, resulting in less than optimal customer service.

This is all history now.

JFG have implemented the IDM concept with MultiArchive and the forms solution InterForm, and now all routines regarding printing, sorting, packaging and archiving is handled automatically. With a click of a button all information is now available to Customer Service and Insurance Agents - any time. This not only saves time, it also increases the level of customer satisfaction.
