Motek Scandinavia optimizes with cutting edge technology

Motek have decided to migrate to the absolute newest technology for interpretation of supplier invoices on paper and e-mail, and at the same time move to the browser based version of MultiArchive.

Details:

Motek is a leading provider of goods to the building and construction industry in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.

Recently, Motek ordered a brand new scanning and interpretation solution from Multi-Support in order to more efficiently handle the thousands of supplier invoices received on paper and in electronic format. Received invoices are filed in MultiArchive, and sent on to a structured workflow for approval. Data from the invoices are imported directly into their business application MOVEX, from where all invoices are also accessible with a single keystroke.

At the same time Motek upgraded to the most recent MultiArchive version in order to deploy a complete browser based user interface. The browser based user interface allows a much easier integration for accessing the corporate archive from within their datawarehouse solution from Cognos.

Next step for Motek will be the implementation of their new CRM solution SuperOffice. One of the parameters for choosing SuperOffice was the strategic cooperation between Multi-Support and SuperOffice. Motek looks forward to the planned integration where SuperOffice can use MultiArchive as document repository, and at the same time work with documents from the entire company.
