Motek enhances their MOVEX solution

After a successful migration to cutting edge technology for interpretation of supplier invoices on paper and e-mail Motek expands their MultiArchive solution with report and email archiving, seamlessly integrated with their MOVEX business application.

Motek is a leading provider of goods to the building and construction industry in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.

For some years Motek has used the scanning and interpretation solution from Multi-Support in order to more efficiently handle the thousands of supplier invoices received on paper and in electronic format. With this solution received invoices are filed in MultiArchive, and sent on to a structured workflow for approval. Data from the invoices are imported directly into their business application MOVEX, from where all invoices are also accessible with a single keystroke.

The implementation of the report and email archiving functionality enables all business relevant reports and emails to be archived into a central repository – the business archive – and linked to the relevant customer, supplier, order, project, employee etc.

With the implementation of the report and email archiving Motek can ensure that everyone with the proper authorization has access to all relevant information - information that used to be available only to  the person  with the physical report on the desk, or the e-mail in the  personal mailbox.
