Hartman Rauta has fully implemented the Intelligent Document Management (IDM) concept. The solution from Multi-Support very well complements the ERP and Financial solutions of a hardware store. MultiArchive has been so seemlesly integrated to the main applications, that the everyday users at Hartman do not even notice that MultiArchive is handling the document management.
