Every single 25/7 solution is build using the same set of components, and implemented using the same architecture. But tailored to meet the individual needs of the customer.

The MultiArchive Component-based  Implementation Architecture

At the center of any solution you will find the MultiArchive Core. The Core it self has no place to store documents, and for that reason, you will allways need one or more "Stores" - e.g. the MultiArchive Document Store for IFS.

With the Core and a Store you still have no documents in the solutions. To add documents you will need one or more "Captures" - e.g. MultiArchive Document Capture for Microsoft Outlook. Finally you would like to work with the stored documents, and for that you need an "Access" e.g. MultiArchive Document Access for Web Browser. 

The Core, a Store, a Capture, and an Access is what you need for a complete MultiArchive solution. Any other processing of the documents is added in the form of a "Process" - e.g. MultiArchive Process for Digital Signature.

This may seem overly complicated, if what you are looking for is only a way to store e-mails on IFS (Integrated File System), and share them using a browser.

But the architected approach will ensure that you get a solution that is not only solid and scalable, but also flexible when you want to add more capabilities to the solution e.g. scanning of correspondence, Word documents with check in / check out, workflow for approving supplier invoices etc.
