- and your bottom line

Very recently United Nations Climate Change Conference took place in Copenhagen Denmark, where ministers from 170 countries together with 15.000 government officials, advisers, scientist, and media personnel got together.
The objective was to reach a true global agreement that allows the world to meet the challenges resulting from an ever increasing emission of CO2 into the atmosphere.
No matter what you think of the final agreement, it is evident that the climate challenges will affect all of us – any individual, and any organization. For some organizations, like the world leader in wind turbine technology Vestas, it is giant opportunity, and for others merely another challenge we have to cope with.
How we fit in
It is evident how moving from manual and paper based to electronic business processes will reduce your need of paper, and hence also reduce your carbon footprint marginally. The reduced use of paper is however only a very small part of the carbon footprint effect.
New and optimized business processes based on a centralized electronic business archive, and structured workflow processes, will optimize your business efficiency, and reduce your carbon footprint dramatically.
DT Group
DT Group, an international DIY retailer, no longer uses the national postal service to distribute hundreds of thousands of purchase invoices to their local outlets for approval. Instead they use MultiArchive and thereby reduce their carbon footprint.
At the same time they reduce costs dramatically, increase their operational efficiency and organizational flexibility.
A typical example on how green thinking goes hand in hand with improving your bottom line – both in the short and long run. Read more about the DT Group case here.
