World leading Husqvarna Group chooses the professional tool

Husqvarna Group has signed a contract with Multi-Support Sweden for a global Intelligent Document Management solution.

The Husqvarna Group is the world’s largest producer of chainsaws, lawn mowers and other petrol-powered garden equipment such as trimmers and leaf blowers, as well as one of the world’s largest producers of garden tractors. Husqvarna is also one of the world’s largest producers of cutting equipment for the construction and stone industries.

Founded in 1689, Husqvarna’s history dates back more than 300 years, and today the group boasts an impressive annual turnover in excess of 3,1  billion Euro, made possible by close to 12.000 employees dealing with more than 100 countries worldwide.

As a huge distributed and growth orientated organization Husqvarna faces a traditional challenge of keeping all administrative procedures optimized under ever changing conditions. To meet that challenge, including keeping all relevant documents up-to-date, secure and available throughout the entire group, Husqvarna Group has entered into a partnership with Multi-Support Group, who specializes in exactly this area.

With the IDM concept, based on MultiArchive, Husqvarna will achieve full access to all documents throughout the entire group, using a modern web based user interface, and at the same time increase security and control, while reducing cost and errors.
