We proudly present MultiArchive 007 – with a license to cut cost
On Wednesday April 23rd Multi-Support proudly presented the brand new MultiArchive 7, at the MultiTeam conference.
Details:
After careful planning, thousands of hours of development, rigid testing, and thorough documentation Thomas Hougaard, the managing director of Multi-Support Group’s R&D, could enter the stage at the semi annual MultiTeam conference and present the new MultiArchive 7 .
Mr. Hougaard was visibly proud of the ”newborn”, and judging from the feedback from the audience not without reason.
MultiArchive is the “solution of choice” for any company or organization that needs to work structured with any kind of business documents, and MultiArchive 7 provides many new and enhanced features.
Among the many new features, the brand new lightening fast search option makes it easier to search than ever before. The document management functionality is enhanced with complete “check in – check out” and version control functionality directly from a browser.
One of the MultiArchive strongholds is integration, and this is taken to a completely new level with a Web service integration option. MultiArchive may now be an integrated component in your current or future service oriented architecture (SOA).
New support for LDAP/Active Directory allows you to manage all users centrally, and thereby adding to the scalability of the solution.
...and these are just some of the new options.
“… you are really putting a lot more into this release than expected” , “Great new features we can go straight back home and use”, “Nice to feel that you are ready to follow us into the future” was just some of the comments picked up after the presentation.
MultiTeam
MultiTeam is an independent MultiArchive user group under the Norwegian User Association DATA TEAM and thereby a part of COMMON Europe.
On Time
MultiArchive was delivered on time, on the scheduled release date, April 23rd 2008. This is only possible with a dedicated effort from the entire team behind MultiArchive, the customers inspiring, the consultants suggesting, the products owners managing, the architects and developers producing, and the test and documentation team securing the quality of the final product.
A warm thank you to all of them – keep up the great work to secure a fabulous product for existing and future customers.
