Powerful combination: Multi-Support and StratOz join forces

Buchs (CH), Innsbruck (AT); May 5, 2008. The Multi-Support Group has agreed to a 100% takeover of the Innsbruck-based StratOz GmbH and has so further strengthened its position in the Intelligent Document Management arena. StratOz brings new technology and expertise to the Multi-Support Group, consolidating its position as a leading provider of IDM solutions. StratOz GmbH specializes in extraction solutions. Since the company was founded in 1999 it has focused on customer projects aimed at optimizing the flow of documents and information, with special emphasis on media migrations from paper to electronic documents and data. The DocumentProfiler from StratOz is a software solution for automatic extraction of structured information from scanned text documents, and the transfer of this data to document management systems, workflow systems or other special applications.
