NIBE Industrier is an industry leading heating technology company with a very strong and competitive position on the European market within its three business areas NIBE Element, NIBE Heating and NIBE Stoves.

After using electronic forms management for several years, NIBE has now chosen to implement MultiArchive, in order to streamline the processes around all types of documents found in the entire organization.  

The first step has been to integrate the customer service system with other systems within the company to ensure the best possible service for customers as well as service technicians.  

                                              

Another step has been taken in the finance department by simplifying the invoice management. Instead of printing and archiving copies of customer invoices manually, they are now archived electronically from the forms management solution directly into MultiArchive. Once in the corporate archive, they are easily retrieved from any computer within the organization – or even outside.
