MultiArchive becomes a vital component at S&N

S&N Osakeyhtiö in Helsinki Finland has chosen to implement IDM based on MultiArchive.

S&N Osakeyhtiö has been an importer in the technical wholesale business
since 1913. S&N imports and sells quality industrial components, automotive, and consumer products.

S&N customers are distributors of automotive accessories, car repair shops, hypermarkets, manufacturing plants, and industrial distributors.

Managing more than 35,000 stocked items requires solid IT tools. S&N is running its business using the Merx and Finance solutions from Solteq, and the MultiArchive solution is tightly integrated with both solutions.

At first the MultiArchive solution will handle the archiving of all reports and business documents, as well as scanning of suppliers invoices.

Phase two will build on this foundation and include the automation of the invoice approval procedure using MultiArchive Workflow.
