Innovative Schlüter Systems takes another big step forward with MultiArchive

Schlüter Systems have signed an order for a complete intelligent document management solution.

If you are involved with the construction of private houses, rented property, public buildings or industry, chances are that you are very familiar with the internationally renown brand Schlüter as in Schlüter-SCHIENE.

If not let me just tell you that they have revolutionized the process of laying tiles with the Schlüter-SCHIENE, and later have added many other innovations to the building industry.

With headquarter in Germany and offices throughout the world it has become evident that an efficient, reliable and scalable foundation for creation, capture, management and sharing of business documents is needed.

To solve this Schlüter Systems have chosen to implement a solution based on
MultiArchive delivered by Multi-Support Germany.

The solution is totally integrated with their ERP system from Infor, and will initially include the archiving of all invoices and other documents coming from the ERP System. The spools including the electronic forms will be automatically converted to PDF before archiving.

Schlüter decided to use the MultiArchive Browser ClientFrontend, avoiding any  client installation.

Among the many good reasons to chose MultiArchive as the foundation for the future corporate document management architecture, was the ease of implementation.

And implementation of the solution at Schlüter Systems headquarter in Germany already started in May.
