The initial step in establishing the complete solution for Inchcape was an automated, electronic distribution of invoices to Inchcape’s dealers. This solution consists of electronic forms management, electronic distribution and MultiArchive totally integrated with Solteq Merx, the business application used by Inchcape. The solution went live in the beginning of October.

Many more applications for the IDM solutions are planned by Inchcape, who have the right "Think Big - Start Small" approach.
