Eltex of Sweden is a happy customer - and telling about it
Happy and satisfied customers are luckily common in our support function but Christer Johansson took the time to tell us.

Every single day we are serving many customers in our three tier support organization, helping them to solve problems and finding new ways of using the many features of the solutions.
Working with positive and happy customers, and making a difference, gives great satisfaction to the support staff and many customers are actually good at telling how happy they are with the support provided.
A few even take the time to write us an e-mail telling about their experience, and Christer Johansson from Eltex of Sweden is such a customer.
After contacting the hotline we got the following feedback.
"I just wanted to tell that I have updated MultiArchive and that it now runs on WAS 6.1. I would also like to tell you that we are very happy with the new features in the application, even more how pleased we are with the improved performance when moving from 6.0 to 6.1. My estimate is that we are seeing a 100% improvement in access times in the new environment!! . . . and the installation of the update went without any glitches!
